上苑艺术馆启动下一年的国际创作计划,继续免费提供工作室与宿舍

　　国际创作计划是上苑艺术馆的常年计划项目。

　　从2007年开始，每年进驻上苑艺术馆的艺术家包括：诗歌、油画、雕塑、水墨、声音艺术、多媒体、影像、舞台、语言艺术……等，由上苑艺术馆免费为他们提供二层搂房一百多平方米独立的生活与创作空间,另外有图书馆、无线网络、两个大展览厅、露天电影活动场地、餐厅公共空间……4000多平方米，均免费提供给入选的驻馆艺术家进行为期七个月（每年的4月初至11月初）的创作与交流。

　　　　下年度国际创作计划现已启动， 倡导“具有创造性与诗性语言特质的，和艺术家生存的现在相关的生命体验为创作准则的艺术创新”，发现在野的优秀艺术创作者。跨界艺术交流是为使在上苑艺术馆创作的艺术家们能从各种不同门类的艺术创作中吸聚原创力，从而扩大视野、刺激感观、完成对自己的挖掘与发现。

申请与选拔：
（一）、申请方式：推荐和自荐（任何个人，年龄、学历、国家地区与民族均不限，特别鼓励30岁以内的年轻）
(1) 推荐：所有上苑艺术馆艺术委员会的成员可以推荐二人进入候选；
(2) 自荐：自荐者可直接将相关申报材料送达上苑艺术馆办公邮箱：(ssyuan@126.com training@syartmusum.com )。
（二）、申请时间：每年3月-11月；

（三）、评审时间：12月；

（四）、公布名单时间：元月。

（五）、提交文件：申请人须向上苑艺术委员会先用电子方式（ssyuan@126.com training@syartmusum.com ）提交以下文件：
A、作品电子图片十张;
B、个人照片1张，身份证复印件；
C、申请人作品阐释；
D、自荐或推荐书；
E、《申请书》。

评审程序、评审委员会：
　　上苑艺术馆组织评审小组，对自荐作品进行初评，初评胜出者进入候选程序。艺术委员会成员推荐的艺术家直接进入候选；

    所有候选人作品和相关资料要在上苑艺术馆网站上公开展示二周，以接受来自各方的评审意见。

    每年十二月由上苑艺术馆委员会常务委员（残雪、崔卫平、程小蓓、岛子、郭盖、胡续冬、何三坡、贾方舟、蒋浩、孙文波、王华祥、西川、肖开愚、夏可君、徐唯辛、徐忠平、朱大可）及上一届驻馆艺术家们参与投票，以获票数最高的前十至十五名艺术家为准，邀请进驻艺术馆内创作。

    Shangyuan Art Center Will Offer Free Studios, Apartments and Exhibition Spaces For You.

　　Our aim is to discover and promote excellent art practitioners. We encourage art pertaining to one’s own existence and life experience, distinguished by creativity and poetic quality. We would like to choose 10 persons each year to participate in our residency program, which runs from March to October. We don’t restrict the age, education, district and race. It is required that you should be the creator of the paintings, sculptures, architecture designs or other art forms which you submit. This fact is to affirmed by no less than three committee members of Shangyuan Art Scene.

　　The fist step of application is to recommend yourself or be recommended by others. You should present your personal resume and the application for joining the program, meanwhile you should send us ten works as computer files. After confirmation by the committee of Shangyuan Art Scene, we will offer you free spaces to create, live and exhibit for seven months. After this seven months, we will organize a symposium which will also include exhibition, publication and criticism on your work.

　　To introduce yourself, you can send your books, information on your works and resume to the office of Shangyuan Art Scene. Or you can record your personal information in CD form.
